By purchasing this product in the Krupp
Brothers online store, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
Membership Terms - Members will receive three (3) Krupp Brothers
wines shipped to them three (3) times a year (approximately
February, May and October). Membership term is indefinite, except
for 1-year gift memberships. Member’s credit card will be charged
cost of wines, plus shipping and sales tax (if applicable) at time
wine ships from warehouse. Member may cancel membership at any time
after receiving first shipment. Krupp Brothers may cancel
membership at its discretion. Members will receive 20% off the
winery price of any additional wine purchases anytime of year
(quantity limits may apply). Members must be at least 21 years of
age.
Cost - Wines will cost between $150 and $225 per shipment,
depending on the wines selected for the program. Sales tax (when
applicable) and shipping charges will apply. Your credit card will
be charged at the time of shipment.
Sales Tax - State laws require us to collect sales tax for
shipments to the following states (Local Sales Tax = sales tax in
the city/county you reside): AZ 7.8%, CA 8.75%, CT 6%*, DC 9%, GA
Local Sales Tax*, HI 4%, IL 6.25%, KS 8%, LA 4%, MA 6.25%, MI 6%,
NV Local Sales Tax, NH 8%, NJ 7%*, NY Local Sales Tax*, ND 7%*, NC
Local Sales Tax*, OH Local Sales Tax*, SC Local Sales Tax*, TX
6.25%*, VA Local Sales Tax, WA Local Sales Tax*, WI 5.6%*.
*CT, GA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, SC, TX, WA & WI residents:
Sales tax is charged AFTER adding the shipping/handling charges,
per state requirements.

Krupp Brothers can ONLY ship to the states listed in the table
above. Rates are for standard ground shipping (AK & HI: 2-Day
Air Only). Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. If
you live in a state that prohibits direct shipment of wine to
private individuals, you will need to provide an acceptable
alternate shipping address. Pick-up of wine at our office can be
arranged at no charge.
Notes - Signature required for delivery. Business address is
preferred for delivery. Alcoholic beverages can be sold and
delivered only to persons who
are at least 21 years of age. Payment for Club 1870 membership is
by credit card only.
